Transform potatoes, plantains or corn pellets into glossy, low-oil chips. Line combines bubble-washer, V-belt slicer, vacuum fryer and centrifugal de-oiler for < 2 % residual oil. PLC recipe library lets you swap flavours or thickness in 3 minutes.
From chunky salsa to smooth satay: high-shear emulsifier, steam-jacketed kettle and inline tubular pasteuriser create zero-dead-zone cooking. CIP skid and 304 SS pipes meet FDA & EU hygienic design.
Soy, oat or coconut milk processed through enzymolysis, decanter separation, 200 bar homogenisation and 137 ℃ UHT. Aseptic combi-block fills 250–1000 ml packs at up to 10,000 bph while retaining natural flavour.
Multigrain soaking, continuous jet-cooking and rotary retort give shelf-stable eight-treasure congee. Spiral cooler drops core temp to 25 ℃ in 20 min, preserving whole-grain texture and colour.
Variable-frequency twin-screw extruder handles 20–38 % meat slurries. Die-plate switch in 15 min for kibble, stick or dental-bone shapes. Vacuum coating drum applies oil and probiotics evenly, achieving CV < 5 %.
